James: Maybe. Have a drink with me tomorrow night and you just might.
Lily: James Potter. Are you asking me out? On a date?
James: Depends – is the answer by any chance a yes?
Lily: Well, if it was, would it be a date?
James: Yes.
Lily: Then it’s a yes from me too.

So maybe James doesn’t hate mobile phones so much after all.
