I don’t believe that she is Missy nor that she is evil. I think there is something or someone (Missy) that is working behind the scenes. It almost looks like she engineered the meeting between Clara and the Doctor by giving her the number to the Tardis (perhaps) and I think the bigger question is who is Missy to the Doctor. She strikes me as a collector of some sort, collecting people that have encountered (and died) the Doctor.
I think Clara is evolving and I honestly have enjoyed watching her come into her own this season. I could do with a little less lying but I think that is part of her bossy, control freak nature. I am dying to know what happens and dreading it at the same time.
