At the beginning of the series there were all these rumours that Jenna Colman, your companion, would be leaving, but here she is in the Christmas special at least!

Yes, I’m thrilled. I really am. Jenna has been fantastic and it’s such a pleasure to work with her. As a new person coming to the show this year, which I was, she was great, so I was so excited and delighted that she was able to do the Christmas special.
