Ooh. This is going to be 100% Capaldi-character fic, because Twelve/Clara is the pairing that got me back into fandom after more than two years away. I fired up the browser & went looking for fic after they snagged me hard. Then I branched out & followed the PCap trail into other shows; hijinx ensued.
I just popped up about 10 stories that I’d re-read happily on a deserted island with my 10 records. Whittling it down to 5 is going to be tough.
