What are you late for buddy? Saving your planet with your past selves?

Ok, here’s my theory;

• First of all THE JACKET!! that glimpse from the 50th, i didnt mess with the coloring too much, the COAT looks EXACTLY the same as THE RED VELVET!! even the length of his hair is THE SAME 
• At first, i thought he was talking to the TARDIS when i heard him saying “Sorry I’m late” but after a couple of rewatch, i realized that he’s saying it as if he’s “giving a shout” to someone… 
• In the 50th, he is the last one to join the other Doctors, well that’s obviously he’s the latest one but they dont join in in the right order in that scene either… So my theory is: -What if he’s saying “Sorry I’m late!!” because HE’S LATE TO SAVE GALLIFREY with his other incarnations–… Like there might even be something trying to keep him away from the exact moment so that he cant save Gallifrey at all… But he knows the time is close, and fights them, runs to the TARDIS, opens to doors and shouts “Sorry I’m late!”
• If this comes true, my love/hate relationship with Moffat will be more like 80% love 20% hate relationship… Because it’s just a brilliant idea… And also i remember him saying that Peter’s previous appearances will be addressed in season 9, what if “the Pompeii and Frobisher(?)” weren’t the only appearances he meant?
