Combine that with Peter’s hints about how the Doctor knows the fate of his Companions, and you get me, sick with worry right now. Daleks? Pshaw. The moral core of the Doctor? He’ll come out okay. Clara Oswald? PROTECT because Moffat is ENTIRELY CAPABLE OF KILLING HER.

I swear to God, I thought that when I saw the look on his face. He knows he is going to lose her and she is the one he is worried about dying. It’s why he hugs her, not because he is.
