Whovians – I need episode recs!

Over hiatus, I’ve decided to watch some Classic Who on Netflix.

Please note, I have a somewhat short attention span (ADHD). I love the crap out of Twelve and I don’t mind low-budget stuff as long as the pacing doesn’t drag (quite enjoyed Red Dwarf).
I’d like to know more about The Master and about Romana.

Any specific episode/arc recommendations?

I would say City of Death would be my favourite with Romana but if you are looking for Master stories I would suggest any with Three (though some are a bit slower moving).
