Looking at this it suddenly strikes me that part of the reason he lashes out at Jyn with such fury is in fact nothing to do with her.  Cassian is already furious, with himself, with his situation and with how completely this mission has gone FUBAR.  Her attack is the last straw, but look at his face here; he’s already close to exploding with rage before she even speaks.  He knows he’s fucked up, he’s suddenly really feeling just how kriffing hellish it is to be unable to listen to his conscience without disobeying orders that he knows were given for good strategic reasons (& probably unconsciously connecting everything that’s just gone tits-up to his failure to shoot Galen, even though he isn’t directly responsible for most of it).  And then someone he just disobeyed orders for, someone he just risked his life to save for the second time, someone he has allowed himself to trust when he trusts no-one except a droid, turns on him and cals him a Stormtrooper…
