NGL, I love this scene. Even in the old EU at its most edgy, a Rebel operative wouldn’t have done that. It was a shocker to actually see and that’s our first introduction to a man we have to spend the whole movie with!

I love that Cassian is getting pulled between the Mon Mothma idealism of the alliance, and then cold-bastardry of espionage and necessity.

He’s wound tight AF through the whole movie and this shit is why!
