Hello RebelCaptain Fans! We’d like to make a few announcements and changes to the blog!

                      First, we are very happy to welcome
                             @cassianserso and @mosylufanfic
                                   as co-mods to the blog! 

This is part of a plan to add new content and events to the blog on a regular basis as well as adding regular calendar events! They have both been part of the fandom for years and we’re excited to have them on board. This brings us to our second set of announcements:

1. Prompts are now open! If you’d like to submit a request for a gifset scene or theme, or fic prompts, you can send in asks directly to the blog.
2. Submissions are also open! If you’d like to submit a fic, a gifset, a fanmix, or anything else, you can submit it directly to the blog!
3. As a new monthly event, we’ll be posting a list of Fic Compilation to promote fandom works! You are free to send in suggestions for fics to be highlighted!
4. We’ll be adding a fun new event to the second half of the year: a Voting Event where fans get to vote for their favorite scene or quote (details to follow) with gifsets after voting!
5. In lieu of the Secret Valentine Exchange, which is a bit much for us to coordinate and manage on the heels of the Secret Santa Exchange, we will be introducing a Valentine Gift to the Fandom Day starting next year! This will be an opportunity to share new content, dedicated to other fans or the fandom or themes. We’ll have more details as we get closer to this event!
