The Alliance sends them landing codes, scandocs, and covers with barely four hours to spare and they spend the time desperately learning their new identities and quizzing each other. The time pressure makes Bodhi nervous. His stutter comes back and he keeps mixing up details.

“Almost.” Jyn shakes her head for the fourth time. “You were born on Rakata Prime. You were educated on Arkanis.”

“Then what did I do on B-Bespin?”

Jyn shrugs. “You just have to get the order of the planets right. The rest kind of falls into place.”

He snorts and scrolls through his file again. “You sound like a spook already.”

Her head snaps up. “No I don’t.”
