so I chose the first prompt, “You nap, I’ll stay awake.” but I’ll also be doing the other one as a follow-up to this! thanks for the prompt 🙂 

angst ahead

“I don’t understand. What do
you mean there’s nothing wrong with him?”

Jyn taps her foot against the
floor, faster as her frustration grows. The doctor is uncomfortable, she can
tell – no matter how professional and proper he wants to seem. Jyn knows she has
an unfriendly face, a suspicious attitude, and a mighty glare that could bring weaker
men to their knees. She felt Dr. Torp was such a man from the moment they met,
and she’s not above using that to her own advantage.

“His lab results are normal. He
has no neurological damage, he does not appear to have suffered any
physical injuries, he has not been poisoned, and he does not have any internal
bleeding. For all intents and purposes, Captain Andor is a healthy man.”

Jyn stares incredulously at the
doctor. The nerve.

“He’s comatose, you moron!”
