Probably reuniting with childhood friends for a California adventure this year

what was the biggest change you experienced this year?
my boss and mentor was let go this year in a large layoff and I miss her terribly and I was basically thrust into her role + my role this year and it’s been one of the biggest changes I have experienced a long time.
