Not only is 2019 ending tonight, but we are at the end of a decade too. This decade has brought many things, love, loss, growth, and self-discovery. I am not the same person I was at the beginning of this decade, and even at the beginning of this year. I’ve been through my lowest of lows and my highest of highs in this decade. I graduated middle school, high school, and college. I published a poetry book. I finally overcame the low self-esteem that had been plaguing me for years. I survived.
I want to give a special thanks to @sirtadcooper, @elloette, @the-lazy-cat-bakes-souffles, @resting-meme-face, @professorsaber, @leaiorganas, and so many others for making this decade on Tumblr worth it and for all the support, even in my roughest times.
Here’s to the 2020s!
