#Donna Noble is ready. She knows what it means to be a companion, she knows what life will be like. She’s seen the beautiful and terrible things that the make up the Doctor’s life. And she’s still packed her bags and keeps her trunk permanently filled with luggage so that if ever she meets the Doctor, she’ll be ready. She is permanently in a state of readiness. She is hopeful and excited. She is off to do amazing things.#And then she is off to her death, and she is ready to face that too. She is beautiful and tragic and hopeful but she is Donna Noble, and even though she never met the Doctor, she still is ready for the life that she can have with him. She has no idea what’s to come, no idea really what she has to do, but she is ready. She is endlessly brave and endlessly hopeful and endlessly ready
