Do you have a certain method to how you write? Like, do you plan a lot beforehand, do you need to have a certain kind of music playing, etc, or does it always vary?

I do! It’s funny, music inspires a good percentage of the stories I write. It could be a song that I heard years ago or something that is brand new on the radio. It can be a lyric or a tone of a song and that is usually where my fiction ideas come from. I can build stories around songs and usually do. 

I almost always write in order. I know a lot of writers that will write snippets of dialogue or scenes and I wish I could do that. I have to write in order and it can be a bit restraining.
