#that moment where#he realizes the enormity of it#in the bottom left gif#personal ethics disregarded#moral lines crossed#half a life or more put on hold#for a career ground to dust#by his own making#his own misplaced anger#and his own vindictiveness#and the worst part is#when we first meet him#he’s the guy#making sure glenn feels needed#making sure nicola can send her daughter#to the best school for her#and we just sort of watch him degrade#into this mess of desperation#where at times he was leading the pack#in a-moral behavior#and at times he was trying to keep up#and so even though#his actions were definitely bad#and definitely harmed others#you still feel awful for him (via capalxii)
