What are you reading right now?

Books: The Night Circus and The Red Queen…so good!

Fanfic: In love with @longjackets we’ll marry our fotunes together, @antennapedia‘s Traveling Hopefully and The HyperVodka Incident Series, and @thescholarlystrumpet’s Personal Assistance 

What kind of fics do you like?

I love an AU, any and all. Professors, Artists, Anything! I prefer angsty stories that dig deep and can make your chest hurt sometimes when you read them.

What gets your goat about fanfics?

I struggle with fic posts that aren’t formatted decently and with proper spacing. 

I always give a story a chance, especially if it has a good premise but if it’s clearly not been beta’d or reviewed for grammar and spelling, I might have to go. 

Nothing will make me hit the backspace button fast than fics that aren’t tagged properly, like non-con etc. Tag it!

 I also struggle with WIPs that change and add a tag like MAJOR CHARACTER DEATH halfway through and I am just so disappointed that I invested  X amount of time for something I am going to have to stop reading. Which is why I generally don’t read WIPS until they are complete.

Favourite dumb tropes?

I adore tropes like bed sharing, mistaken identity, arranged marriages and hate at first sight into love, lol.

Who do you wish there was more fanfic about?

More AU’s for Whouffaldi, lol. But maybe not the diner scene ones. I am feeling bummed out about that. 😀

Over The Hedge

It’s a whouffaldi AU between neighbors and the last thing I wrote. I love that it’s a bit different than what I normally write, more upbeat and a littel h/c but not much angst.

What are you writing now?

I have three stories started and you will probably see one of these next week.

I am writing a Sliding Doors/The Adjustment Bereau riff whouffaldi AU and angsty post-ep to  FTR and HB, and a top secret project that I will hopefully wrap up this weekend. Fingers crossed!
