What I love about this painting is its ambiguity. This can be Ten and Rose on some beautiful planet, it can be Tentoo and Rose enjoying a quiet moment, but it can also be Alec Hardy and Rose or Hannah Baxter sitting on the little dock outside Alec’s little blue house. Whatever pairing catches your fancy, this is them. Together.
