positivity for a change.

i want you all to know that what you do is good and valid. you create what you want to create — and it doesn’t matter whether someone else needs it or likes it, you’re allowed to create whatever you want. every single one of you has a place in this fandom and we wouldn’t be the same without you. i struggle with this line of thought myself a lot — but the support i get every time i reach out to you just shows that we’re in this together and instead of competing with each other in our heads, we should make sure to support each other the best we can.

i don’t mean this to sound condescending. i just want you to know that i’m here for you and that i love how creative our little corner of fandom is. every one of you contributes to this — writing, commenting, drawing, photoshopping (is that even a word?), reblogging and liking

— and makes it a great place. if anyone ever needs to talk, i’m here to cheer you on or just listen.
