Hi everyone!
I hope those that are participating in nano are doing wonderful and the first few days have been good to you. I wish all of you the best and hope for your success.
I am taking @incognitajones‘s iceberg advice this week and am committing to writing for 30 minutes a day. I finally, finally am making progress on one of my prompts fills for @cats-and-metersticks and will leave snippets here. This thing is turning into a BEAST and will probably be more than just a small fic or ficlet when it’s all done.
So keep on writing and everyone keep on supporting your authors and artist’s with comments, likes, kudos, hellos, and reblogs! ❤

She was talking to Bodhi when she noticed Cassian with a pretty girl, his head close to her blonde hair as he bent to hear what she was saying. At this distance, with a smile on his face, Cassian looked younger, less tired. The girl with him had her head tipped slightly to one side and was smiling as she spoke.
Cassian altered his stance, placing one hand on the wall beside him and shifting his feet. The girl changed position, leaning against the wall. The small, casual movements had the effect of bringing them closer together, almost as if they were trying to shut themselves off from the crowd around them.
“Jyn? What’s going on?” Bodhi was watching her anxiously, aware he had lost her attention.
She dragged her gaze back to Bodhi, smiling warmly, “Nothing. Sorry, I got distracted.”
