When she walked out of the corner, and shadows were no longer her cover, he lowered his gun.

“Andor” the woman began, breaking the silence, “as cautious as ever, I see.”

Cassian smirked and walked closer to her while putting his silencer back into the holster. He stopped a foot away from her, not wanting to be caught up in her aroma that he had missed.

“Caution is better than carelessness, especially in this line of work, Jyn.” he replied.

Her eyebrows made a slight quirk to that remark but she quickly disregarded it to get to her point, “I need your help,”

His eyes darkened, causing her insides to flip as she remembered the last time those brown orbs had done that. Fingers through his hair, her legs straddling him…She quickly shook the memory out of her head and hoped to God that it didn’t betray her appearance.

But the fear quickly dissipated as he replied, “Does help involve the fact that 10 of Krennic’s men were slaughtered last night?”

The mention of that name caused a bitter taste in her mouth and her brows furrowed. The look of rage, told him all he needed.
