Galaxy of Adventures | Princess Leia: Fun Facts

A leader is someone who can inspire others to be heroes, which means that Princess Leia Organa is one of the greatest leaders in the galaxy.  Brave and smart, she’s an impressive hero with a take-charge attitude.

Though, just a teenager, she served as a Senator in service to the Empire, a role she used as cover to secretly help the Rebel Alliance fight back against all the awful things the evil Empire wanted to do.  That included Leia embarking on a top secret to smuggle the blueprints for the Empire’s planet-killing weapon–the Death Star–and get them back to her fellow Rebels, so they could figure out how to blow it up.

She’s a spy, a diplomat, a negotiator, a hero, who inspires confidence in the Rebellion’s soldiers and pilots.  Leia isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty in a fight and she certainly knows her way around a blaster.  She’s helped save her friends more times than they can count.
